Continuous Improvement:Aweb based LCiTraining Course Feedback Form is to be completed by every LCi course participant at the end of the training so that opportunities for improvement are identified by both the trainer and LCi. Conclusion This work has set a sectoral standard for Lean Construction training in Ireland and enables sectoral-wide Lean Construction capability development for implementation in the design and delivery of capital projects as well as for internal organisational operational excellence purposes.This initiative also represents a global first-of kind undertaking, founded on the collaboration of stakeholders from across an entire sector, along with key elements of the national Lean
ecosystem, to develop a sectoral standard in Lean Construction training. LCi strongly encourage companies who want to improve their efficiency and profitability to invest in their staff through training.
